Members of the Jewish community in Chigwell have met with police following religiously aggravated assault
It follows an attack on a Rabbi in Limes Avenue on Sunday afternoon.
Lindsay Shure, Chairman of Chigwell and Hainault Synagogue, has thanked the community for their support:
In a statement she said: "We believe it was a one-off event that occurred on the day and it was pure chance that it was on the same day as the protests."
